Trust Hustle Gypsy Shuffle

Goodbye Nashville | Hello West Coast

I started writing this post 5 times before I got any farther than a blank piece of notebook paper. Yes, I still write in notebooks. There is something about paper I love. Anyways, I am finally back in CA after the Trust Hustle/ Gypsy Shuffle.
I don’t even know where to begin. I spent two weeks in Nashville and feel like I could have stayed forever (if there was an ocean.) It 's soley the one thing Nashville is missing if you ask me. In all other aspects its 100% Tanya + Trust approved. I went to Nashville with a clear vision, a list of fun-todos, and a list of  biz-todos...including my top 4 choice shops I had researched. Two weeks later, Trustin’ in those 4 new stores…Bragging at its finest.
I am totally overwhelmed by the amount of support from a community, one I was in for only two weeks. Also, totally overwhelmed with the amount of coffee shops I could live in and good eats (foodie thoughts). Local support and community involvement is without a doubt a Nashville standard. Thanks to the Nashville Guide for all your help & for the Trust feature...I would have been lost without you!
There was no such feeling of uncertainty when I got to Nashville. I knew right away, I was in a perfect place to spread trust and meet the south. Staying with one of my best friends of course helped. Ashley, from Jam Catchers recently moved to Nashville to further her music blog…soooo live music almost every night, meeting opening acts for top country music stars, industry showcase hangs…was what was UP. The entire city of Nashville was on the HUSTLE as it was CMA’s week. We only got stuck in CMA traffic downtown for 2 hours. If you get star struck, you can’t go to Nashville….(or Malibu btw.) OH AND…Just FYI…Kareoke is the real deal…people are trying to get discovered. So in other words… two White Girl Yankee’s singing No Diggity didn’t make the cut. At least don’t let anyone video tape you.

You can now shop Trust in these 4 new Nashville Locations!
CastilleJ > owner is grammy award winning song writer, Liz Rose-didn’t get to meet her because she was receieving an award during CMA week (No Big Thang)
Sisters of Nature > owner Kim, is a designer hersef. She started the boutique in a 1954 vintage camper which is now a Nashville AirB&B. She opened Sisters of Nature as a brick & mortor in East Nashville. From photo shoot styling to farm dinners to interior decorating...This chicks got it goin' on!
Native + Nomad > Just opened on 21st AVE …only one of the hippest streets in Nashville. Its across from Fido where I became a regular…the hummus- on fleek. Anyways, I want to buy everything in this shop.
ABEDNEGO > Ya know when you meet someone and just click with them? That happened with me & Meredith, the owner. Love her, her shop vibes & vision.

I love connecting with my Trustees.
When I booked my flight to Nashville, I reached out to a loyal customer/trust regular…she is always ordering new jewels & keeps coming' back for more!
Nicki (@solaryogi) is a supah talented, kewel yogi. We met at Steadfast (where the lattes are like crack)…and chatted for hours.
She teaches at Shakti Yoga, another place where I could actually live (exposed white brick, fireplaces, dream catchers and hot yoga…sign me up.)
Shakti will also be trustin' jewels this holiday season!
Not to get sappy on ya… but it is so important & special to me to be able to connect with the people who have got me to where I am now. I also got to meet SeeDaniStyle. She is a CA fashion blogger Trustee who has done a write up on Trust…I literally ran into her in a shop.

Small world & Big circle of Love.
There is SO much more to this trip…that I wish I could sum up better but that’s what memories are for. That’s when traveling is for living in the preset and enjoying the moment. Forgetting to capture everything on camera, forgetting to post about stuff, forgetting to share…having your own memories and experience, one that no one else will ever get to have.
That to me, is the best part about traveling.

Anywaysssss, Hello from the other side.
After 2 delayed flights, a snack-less layover (simply the worst) and 3 overweight suitcases….
I am back on the WEST COAST.
Time to start the Holiday Hustle.
